Initial Consultation
Consultation fees are applied to ensure each client receives one hour and focused legal guidance tailored to their situation. Amanda offers transparent, upfront information about all fees before beginning representation. You will not be charged a consultation fee for: Last Will and Testaments, Advanced Medical Directives, Power of Attorney Forms, Deeds, and Estates.
$300 flat rate
Legal Advice
Ms. Forester-Cannon, Esq., believes in transparency and fairness when it comes to legal fees. All general fees, including retainers and hourly rates, are clearly explained at the outset of representation to avoid surprises. Her team is committed to providing high-quality legal services while working within each client’s financial considerations. However, the hourly rate is on a case by case basis and can discussed at the initial consultation.
